Taxi transport
Taxi transport provided by W Transport is subject to the KNV General Terms and Conditions for Care and Taxi Transport, effective 1 January 2020, with the clarification below regarding the carrier and industry arrangements.

Carrier and industry arrangements
For our journeys, the carrier means W Transport. Using these conditions does not claim KNV membership or TX-Keur certification. Provisions concerning an industry guarantee or dispute committee apply only when the required affiliation and eligibility conditions are met. Your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Forwarding and freight brokerageFreight forwarding
Our work as a freight forwarder is subject to the Dutch Forwarding Conditions of 1 May 2018, including the arbitration clause in Article 23.
W Transport arranges transport through operating partners. The agreed work and our role are recorded in the quotation or order confirmation. Freight forwarding and carrying goods yourself are subject to different rules; mandatory transport law continues to apply.

Full conditions
Please also read the provisions on liability, payment, insurance and disputes. If the Dutch document and a translation differ, the Dutch document prevails.

Taxi rental and courier services
For taxi rental, we record the arrangements in a separate rental agreement. For courier and parcel transport, we agree on the applicable conditions in the quotation or order confirmation. The conditions above do not automatically apply to these services.
A website enquiry is not yet a confirmed booking or order. We first agree availability, price and conditions with you. Individually agreed arrangements and mandatory law take precedence where applicable.
